🦃 RUN, WOBBLE, AND GIVE THANKS: LA'S TURKEY TROT IS HERE! 🦃

One of Los Angeles' most fun and energetic traditions is coming up this Thursday. On November 23rd, The streets of Downtown LA transform into a festive race track, where thousands of participants, from serious runners to families just looking for some holiday fun, gather each year. People often dress up in costumes (think turkeys, pilgrims, and even pies!), adding a playful and quirky vibe to the event. If you participate, you'll go through one of the most scenic parts of our city. Participants will pass by such notable buildings as the Continental Building (LA’s first skyscraper), the Walt Disney Concert Hall and more!

The Turkey Trot offers different events to cater to everyone – there's usually a 5K and a 10K run for the more competitive participants, and a 'Widdle Wobble' for the kids, which is always a delight to watch. The event is packed with activities – from live music and dancing to various booths offering holiday treats and fun Thanksgiving-themed activities.

Of course, what's most special about the Turkey Trot is how it brings the community together. It's a chance for people to step out, meet their neighbors, and share in the joy of the holiday. Plus, it's a great way to burn off some pre-feast calories so you don't feel too guilty after your third serving of gravy. 😆
