Congratulations are in order for Pacific Retail managed asset Plaza West Covina on winning a silver 🥈 ICSC Visual Victory during last night’s 2026 Award Ceremony! 🏆

After validating strong demand in its initial inline location, the brand outgrew the space within one year, driven by sales in core categories including denim, hats, belts, and boots. The relocation to a storefront four times larger allowed My Western Cut to reimagine the temporary inline format as a creative canvas, one that showcased product, culture, and craftsmanship.

The store was designed to tell a cohesive western story rooted in Tejano heritage, unfolding from the entrance inward through layered product presentations. Through creativity and strategic use of materials, the team transformed a temporary inline space into a high-impact retail experience.

We applaud all the outstanding visual merchandisers, retailers, specialty leasing agents, and advertisers who were recognized!
