Although this is targeted towards developers, in a recent conversation I had with seasoned developers, the urge to develop right now is not in their interest. They say the cost to build right now is fluctuating so much and entirely unpredictable. That’s not to say there isn’t someone out there eager to take on a big project like this one with 38 acres.
The owner of Radio Korea has listed a 38-acre property in the Eastside L.A. neighborhood of El Sereno for sale with an asking price of $38 million.
