Hi! It’s been a while. I’m Travis Wayne, a Pasadena-based Realtor and designer. I moved to LA in 2015 after living in Sweden, NYC, Miami and Mexico City. I studied fine art and design at Brooklyn College and Stockholm University and had a decade long career in fashion. Since moving to California, I’ve always loved the Eastside of LA and have lived in Silverlake, Echo Park, Highland Park and finally settling in Pasadena (there was a brief flirt with Long Beach during the pandemic- but that’s a story for another time). I live with my husband, 2 sons, and dog in a 1926 Spanish colonial revival. This is my 10th year working in real estate and home staging, and I’m passionate about what I do.

Also pictured here is Lizy Ryan, , a Hamptons, New York native who started her career in real estate and design in 2022. Previously, and sometimes currently, a singer, musician and visual artist, Lizy is a jill-of-all-trades in the creative realm. She arrived from NYC (after studying in Boston) to our great city in 2020 and calls Studio City home. She lives with her partner, 2 stepdaughters and 2 small dogs in a sweet 2 story Cape Cod. She is a DIY master, and is skilled at helping first time buyers navigate the home buying process.

Together we are PLACES, we help buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, work together with other agents to stage and decorate homes for sale, and take on limited full scale design and remodel projects.
