ANOTHER GREAT DAY IN REAL ESTATE! It was a phenomenal open house weekend with lots of people coming through and great feedback! The home shows extremely well, great pride of ownership, and checks off a lot of the boxes for buyers. Lots of the big ticket items have already been taken care of by sellers, as well. Saturday we had between 45 to 50 groups, and today we had 35 to 40 groups. Looking forward to helping my sellers maximize their homes value.
