Just sold in West LA! This was the most complicated deal this year and, therefore, the most rewarding. My buyers had to sell their condo concurrently to buy this house, which adds a contingency most sellers don’t like dealing with. However, strategic planning and quick relationship building with the listing agent allowed us to beat out an all cash offer. Only later to discover we also beat another buyer who was paying more. The icing on the cake is the buyers are also friends who have been looking for a unique house for the past 12 months.
