🏠 LA County Market Update🌴

Thinking of making a move in 2026? Here is a snapshot of how the Los Angeles County market performed for single-family detached homes at the end of the recent season:

💰 Median Home Price: The median price settled at $890,910. This reflects a 5.5% dip from the previous month and a 2.4% decrease year-over-year.

📈 Home Sales: Sales remained remarkably resilient, showing a 0.9% increase compared to the same time last year.

📦 Inventory Levels: We currently have 2.8 months of unsold inventory. While this is down significantly from last month (-26.3%), it is actually up 3.7% from this time last year.

⏱️ Time on Market: Homes are moving in a median of 33 days. That’s about 13.8% slower than last year, giving buyers a bit more breathing room to find the perfect fit.

The Bottom Line: With prices softening slightly and inventory levels stabilizing, the current market is offering unique opportunities for those ready to strike. Whether you’re buying or selling, timing and strategy are everything! 📈
