What a tremendous disappointment Black Knight Patrol turned out to be, owned by Manual Jimenez. They continue to not fulfill our written agreement leaving MCE without the negotiated number of guards. Yesterday on afternoon shift they provided 1 guard and not 3. This is clearly in violation of our written contract, how was 1 guard supposed to take their breaks and lunch period in accordance with California state law. A director had to man the main gate so the guard could go to the restroom! Black Knight Patrol leaves a lot to be desired. We have attempted to correct problems over the previous several months without resolution. They choose to ignore the problems, hoping it will go away. I thought Sempre Fi meant always faithful. Well this Marine Corp owner knows no honor!

Make it clear to your residents that their obligations are just as vital as the HOAs. If they care about the community they live in, their family and friends then they need to observe the mask requirements.

Peter Resch wrote in Miraleste Pines website that we are not opening the associations pools and we need to, he is trying to make it personal by spreading rumors saying we can open our recreation facilities without regard. He does not say that there is a stay-closed order. we will open our facilities when safe guidelines are established.
