Congratulations to Clint Richardson, Maintenance Supervisor at Fusion Fort Worth, for being named Lighthouse Property Management's Unsung Hero for the Second Quarter of 2026! 🎉

When our Texas teams faced one of the most challenging property acquisitions in recent years, Clint answered every call without hesitation. From supporting multiple communities and tackling HVAC repairs to helping prepare apartment homes, responding to resident needs, and even picking up litter to keep properties looking their best, no task was ever too small or outside his responsibility.

His dedication was especially evident during this year's freeze storm, when he volunteered to stay on-site throughout the weekend, proactively protecting the property and helping prevent significant damage. Through every challenge, Clint brought a positive attitude, unwavering work ethic, and a willingness to support anyone who needed help.

Clint embodies the values of teamwork, service, and leadership that define Lighthouse Property Management. We are incredibly grateful for his commitment, his heart for helping others, and the lasting impact he makes across our communities.
