If there is any lesson that 2025 is teaching me about the market this year, it is to expect the unexpected. Despite multiple offers after only 10 days on the market, this property required two escrows. The first buyer canceled after signing the loan docs (that was a first). I remember the buyers from their initial viewing - they couldn’t meet the counteroffer terms then. But I love the saying “what is for you will never miss you”. By the time we returned to the market, they were ready to go, and now this duplex is all theirs. Congrats to my client for bringing me repeat business and I hope these new owners are happy with their investment for many years to come.⁣⁣⁣⁣
