et is a nurse of some kind. I'm pretty sure they took full advantage of the pandemic of not paying rent. I gave them a chance. I charge them just $1200 for rent for a one bedroom by Downtown LA. They were on time the 3 first months of them being here. and then the problems started happening. A tell tell sign of a bad tenant is when they want to use their deposit to pay rent for the next month. I guess you live and learn. I'm a better landlord because of what they put me trough. My other residents have been here for years with zero problems, just the occasional fix this in that.
