The Do Not Rent List Here's a little page that will help protect and warn apartment / home owners about none paying tenants, squatters, nuisance that can harm your investment.

et is a nurse of some kind. I'm pretty sure they took full advantage of the pandemic of not paying rent. I gave them a chance. I charge them just $1200 for rent for a one bedroom by Downtown LA. They were on time the 3 first months of them being here. and then the problems started happening. A tell tell sign of a bad tenant is when they want to use their deposit to pay rent for the next month. I guess you live and learn. I'm a better landlord because of what they put me trough. My other residents have been here for years with zero problems, just the occasional fix this in that.

The do not rent list site was created to protect landlords from bad tenants. There are many laws protecting bad tenants in the United States, especially in California. In order to save the next landlord headaches from potential bad tenants, search The Do Not Rent List database. If you find a match, good luck renting your premises to that person.

In order to be removed from the list. The person has to pay what they owe, repair any damages they caused and have the landlord or building manager contact us.

Only apartment / home owners or building managers can add bad tenants to the do not rent list data base free of charge.

The page is new, so all the bad tenant names may not be in the do not rent list database. We are constantly updating names on the site and if we can save one landlord from a potential bad tenant, then the site has done its job. .
