Each year on the second Thursday of May, Keller Williams celebrates Red Day as part of the KW culture, which strives to give back to our community. This year, Red Day goes virtual in raising money to benefit families affected by the Coronavirus.

Our goal is to raise $4,000 to purchase 100 gift certificates from World Harvest Food Bank. Each certificate costs $40 which is equivalent to $200 worth of groceries at your local food market. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to all of us!

I get a lot of questions about what's going on in the market. So, I thought I would put together a market update for the first quarter of this year, from Jan. 1 to March 31, 2020. Here you'll see all the current single family homes on the market right now in 10 different areas in Los Angeles. Additionally, you'll see the number of houses that have sold these last three months; the number of days houses have been on the market; and the average sales price. I thought it would be interesting to see what happens this first quarter and then see where we are next quarter at the end of June 2020. It's a nutty time right now. Stay safe, shelter in place and try not to binge too much Netflix! And, of course, let me know if you have questions, or if you'd like to see some market analysis for condos or income properties.
