Team Spearman had the honor of representing the family in the sale of this West Covina home, which was held in a trust. As many of you know, I spent more than 24 years working in local news before leaving that chapter of my life to build my real estate business. During those years, I had the privilege of meeting and working alongside so many wonderful people. This home belonged to one of my former colleagues, who recently passed away. When their family reached out and asked me to help them through this process, I felt truly honored and grateful that they trusted me during such a meaningful time. We listed the home and just eight days later, we were in escrow. 🙏🏽✨ It was truly a blessing to be able to help this family through the sale and bring this chapter to a close with care. And I can't help but believe that Sister Char is looking down from heaven with the biggest smile. ❤️🕊️
