A big lift for an even bigger upgrade! 🏗️

The Metropolitan recently kicked off a major condenser water system upgrade with an impressive crane operation, lifting new equipment onto the roof and into the penthouse-level mechanical room.

Behind this incredible undertaking is a dedicated team of engineers, building staff, contractors, and countless others working together to make it happen. Their expertise, careful planning, and hard work are what make projects of this scale possible.

The upgrades will improve system efficiency, increase capacity, and support the building’s long-term performance.

This is what our vision to reimagine HOAs looks like in action. It takes people who care about their communities, think ahead, and put in the work to make meaningful improvements.

🥨🍻 Parktoberfest at Park Loft!

Nearly 40 residents came together for an Oktoberfest celebration complete with delicious food, a costume contest, and some special contributions from neighbors!

Former Venissimo Cheese owners who now call Park Loft home donated decorations, the Board President and his wife brought giant pretzels and homemade b**r cheese, and another resident contributed mini b**r kegs. Verizon sponsored the food, including hot dog sliders, potato salad, sauerkraut, and strudel!

A big thank you to Park Loft’s Social Committee, residents, and Verizon for making the first Parktoberfest a success. We hear this might become an annual tradition!
