Last year was such a difficult year for most agents but I was lucky enough to be able to navigate with some amazing clients who trusted in me to get them through a tumultuous year in the market for both buyers and sellers. Thank you to all my clients that stayed patient in their home searches and their buyer searches with their listing and never gave up on waiting for that perfect home or buyer to finally arrive. Every year is different so the ability to pivot and problem solve is essential in this business. Last year those rate drops never happened the way we hoped so we had to adjust expectations and try to take advantage of the opportunities that less buyers bring for buyers ready to buy. Same goes with my sellers who were able to take my advice with marketing prices to get their homes sold! Don’t get greedy, stay patient, and trust in your agents game plan. Happy New Year to all who celebrate! Thank you to all of my clients that trusted in me this year whether it be buying a new home to selling an old one. This year was a tough one for real estate and I’m so thankful for everyone that allowed me to stay busy during a year I assumed would be slow. I learned so much this year with the market being not what my buyers wanted and that effecting my sellers not getting what they wanted, but we all navigated together and in the end we were all able to figure it out!
