Personalized Management
The portfolio of each manager, and of PDR Property Management overall, is limited to ensure that your asset receives consistent on-site attention. Management of your asset depends on:
COMMUNICATION. We will be at your property with the Owners/Tenants, developing a rapport and listening to their needs. RENTS/DUES COLLECTED. Collection in a timely manner is a much easier process when the Owner is satisfied with the management company. When a manager can dedicate more time on-site, many potential problems can be foreseen and resolved more efficiently, lowering repair costs and interruptions. Dependable Management
You can be sure you will receive the attention and response you deserve, not only from the manager for your property, but from all the staff at PDR Property Management. Limiting the number of properties per manager allows for information dissemination and reliable back-up. Responsive Management
Our concept of limited-size portfolio management will enable our PDR team to quickly respond to the needs of your property or your Homeowner's Association. We have a proactive management style, and will actively seek and present alternatives for situations that occur. In closing, PDR Management will offer service that is directed to you and your Owners/Tenants. Property management quality is directly tied to how often your managers are on-site. How often does your management company walk your property? Ask them, then ask your Owners/Tenants. Our staff includes a licensed contractor with over 10 years of experience. We also offer Construction Management. This can be of special benefit when you require timely estimates to evaluate your asset. You will notice a measurably positive difference in choosing PDR as the management agent for your property.
