As natives of Southern California, brother and sister team Clifford Rowe and Andrea Tzadik were born into a real estate family. Their mother was a leader and trendsetter in Westside real estate for the past 45 years. Subsequently, they have maintained a great personal relationship with the top realtors in the area. He also attended the Gemological Institute of America. In 1988, while at Merrill Lynch, he was named rookie of the year due to his outstanding performance. Along with his professional career, he has been involved with Concern II, a co-chairman of the residential division of the Federation of Southern California. He remains active in Sigma Phi Epsilon and is also a performing member of the Magic Castle, a board member of BE100 and President of the L.A. For those equestrians out there, he has also enjoyed many years of competitive horse back riding to include show jumping. Clifford brings a strong background to the clients that he serves and has the personality to match his capability. Andrea Rowe Tzadik, started in the Real Estate profession when she was living in Connecticut. During her first year, she successfully completed 22 sales making her the top producer for the company. She previously taught English as a second language when she lived in Iowa. Wanting to further expand on her abilities interacting with others, she decided to try the field of Real Estate. Andrea has boundless energy and has the tenacity to make deals come through and has demonstrated her vast ability in many difficult situations. Her personality, bright and cheerful appearance and focused energy make things happen. She loves folk dancing, music and art. She is able to visualize the potential of a property, how to present, advertise and sell it. She is one terrific Realtor.
