THIRD TIME’S THE CHARM! 🏡✨

After nearly a year of house-hunting adventures—from the Westside to the Valley, on-market to off-market—we finally found the one! 🙌

This incredible journey included two prior escrows:

❌ Escrow #1 – A major fixer with great potential located off a privately owned road shared by multiple neighbors. The road had ongoing drainage issues, unclear maintenance responsibilities, and a neighborhood dispute with a downhill neighbor made it a hard pass.🚫💧

❌ Escrow #2 – A hillside property with hidden problems: major deferred maintenance, drainage issues, and a lot of mold. It was shaping up to be a total money pit.

And then... ✨we found this gem.✨ No home is perfect and this one had its own unique challenges during escrow. But with perseverance, due diligence, and a clear vision, my amazing clients landed a spacious home on a spectacular lot—one that barely feels like it belongs in LA. 🌿💫

Oh, and did I mention? We got a pretty sweet deal too (yes, even in LA 😅).

I love a happy ending—and this one was well-earned. 💪
