Her parents sent her to Seoul, Korea to live there during the summers and some winters until she was in High School so she wouldn’t forget her heritage. She tells a story from Hawaii, “I was at the gas station, late for the airport and the gentleman in front of me could tell I was in a rush. He said, ‘Hey sistah, why don’t you go first… I have plenty time today.’ Occasionally I do this at Starbucks in LA and I just know I made their day. There I learned two valuable lessons: 1) Be kind to strangers 2) Don’t rush through, take your time.” She runs her business this way and believes that is why most of her business is referrals. She was sponsored by Jefferies & Co which is an Institutional Trading Company and obtained a Series 7 license. She worked in finance where she learned to leverage market statistics with data for Real Estate. Then she worked in Export Sales where she perfected her negotiation skills to get the best price for shipping, product cost and delivery time. Her daily mornings include Hot Yoga, mediation and prayer for gratitude. She wants to bring her best self when representing her clients. Spirituality is important to her because it always focuses on a moral ethics and positive attitude towards life in general. Caroline Choi will always protect the best interest for her clients and guide them through this Real Estate process always saving time and money for her clients.
