* Show available apartments to prospective residents
* Welcome new tenants and assist with move-ins/move-outs
* Coordinate maintenance requests
* Perform routine property inspections
* Collect rent and maintain basic records

✔ Friendly and dependable
✔ Organized with good communication skills
