My Agent Irina

My Agent Irina I am a Senior Real Estate Specialist with eXp Realty Luxury Collection. I still believe I can change the world. In the beginning, I wanted to be a dancer.

Less than 1% of Realtors manage to get both Senior Real Estate Specialist and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Designations, which I acquired to serve my clients’ needs. I dreamed of being on a stage and inspire people with the passion and emotion I conveyed through movement. I wanted to make the world more beautiful through art. However, my wise parents tricked me into getting a univers

ity education first. By the time I got my master’s degree in Linguistics and Roman Philology (a science of structure, historical development, and relationships of languages) it was too late for a dance school. Instead of dancing, I became a professor of English for non-English speaking medical students in Europe, changing the world by removing language barriers between doctors. When I came to the U.S., in 1999, I had no idea what to pursue as a career. I’ve always been good with numbers, so I fell into a tax planning career. To keep my clients confident that they were in good hands, I obtained my MBA degree and a CPA license, but I didn’t have a true passion for my work. I was good at it, but I didn’t feel like I was making a difference in people’s lives. I kept searching for something more fulfilling, my life’s true calling. I spent a few years trying to make the World healthier as a Pilates instructor and nutrition coach. I was even Miss Fitness in 2012! But I began to realize that I couldn’t go to the gym and lift weights for my clients or eat their broccoli for them. I could only be a guide; my clients had to do the work themselves. My husband, Curtis, is a financial advisor, and between his work and my CPA experience, I learned about investments and real estate, and how much money could be made if handled correctly. I learned the intricacies of real estate transactions, financing puzzles, and the importance of proper planning when it comes to business, especially real estate business. Curtis and I flipped several houses. That’s where I learned how crucial it was to have the right Realtor working for you. Good advice from a Realtor can save you tons of money and change your life for the better, but bad advice from a Realtor can ruin you financially. One day, as I sat in my beautiful, bright penthouse CPA office, analyzing a real estate transaction for a client, I had an epiphany: why am I not a Realtor? I’ve dealt with hundreds of real estate transactions, I study the market, I know real estate, I already give real estate investment advice, and I love doing it! So, I became a Realtor and found a career I’m passionate about. When I helped people through fitness and nutrition, I could only plan their path to health, but they had to do the work. As a Realtor, I can keep the transactions in order and do the heavy lifting in marketing for my clients. They don’t have to do a thing! When I am not helping my clients, I am in the gym, exploring the world with Curtis, or playing with our dog, Alex who has been with us for 12 years and runs our lives! I am a dogaholic. I’ve found my own slice of happiness. But I also found something even better: I found the way I could make a difference! I am now changing people’s lives and the world for the better one family and one closed escrow at a time! Are you ready to join me and my clients and become a household in our improved world? I’m here when the time is right.

Markets moved higher this week as tensions in the Middle East eased following a memorandum of understanding that is expected to end the recent conflict. Oil prices, which had surged on fears of supply disruptions, retreated sharply as concerns over shipping through the Strait of Hormuz diminished. The decline in oil prices helped lift investor confidence and pushed stock markets higher as fears of a broader energy shock subsided.
