Just Sold in the Rancho Vista community of West Palmdale! It was such a honor to work with this family of Veterans who was able to have their escrow fees covered by the seller and an additional closing cost credit! They are moving from NorCal and were able to refer them to a local agent friend of mine to sell their home in Sacramento! This was a tricky one as it was not only contingent on selling their home, but they were also not able to view the homes in person so it was lots of video tours, lots of photos and lots of measurements! Everything is all worth it in the end and I cannot wait to welcome them home ☺️

Just Sold in Lake Nacimiento for $1,165,000 and a very generous seller credit! This one almost got away but it was meant to be and the amazing buyers were able to make their dreams come true. It came on the market when everyone was out of town, we scheduled an appointment for the weekend but the sellers ended up accepting an offer during the week before we could see it 😭. We didn’t give up hope and submitted a very strong and very clean back up offer. After continuous check ins (probably driving the listing agent crazy) the home ended up falling out of escrow and we were able to secure it for the most deserving family! It’s not always an easy road but we will fight for you until the end. This beauty is lakefront and soon to be on air bnb! Have you heard about the Big Beautiful Bill that is in the works (now moved to the Senate) and could be a game changer for air bnb? 👀 If you are looking for an investment property/vacation home let us know!

Just sold in Saugus for $885,000. 4 bed | 3 bath| 2025 SqFt with an additional office structure in the back! We were able to get our contingent offer accepted, a closing cost credit, and close concurrently with their condo in order to make this happen. So excited for this beautiful family and cannot wait to see what memories they make in their new home!
