Big or small, we do it all!

Just sold my client’s first investment property, a cute little condo they picked up 15 years ago- and now it’s time to trade up!

Homes in this complex were taking 2 to 3 months to sell, but we did our job and got it under contract in less than 10 days.

Boom.

Oh and did I mention that we sold it $50,000 over asking? Yeah, we did that.

Client is over the moon with us. Now if you’ll excuse us, we gotta find him his replacement property within 45 days (that’s what happens when you sell your investment property and wanna roll it into your next one without getting taxed).

Wanna talk real estate? Hmu.

Life’s been feeling pretty magical lately.

Spent the day running around as Flynn Rider to Rapunzel, and rode the Incredicoaster 7 times until my kidneys and liver switched places. It was pretty great.

In the middle of all that, I somehow got a Tri-colored sorbet specially made for me, when everyone else only got one flavor. Later that night when everything was already closed, I somehow walked away with a free lemonade. I don’t know… life just works out for me. ☺️

Life can be pretty magical if you let it✨
