Congratulations to my client UC on the purchase of this Beverly Grove home which was not originally in the cards for him. We looked at inventory all across town and were originally focused on a modern townhome but he stayed open to the possibility of a single family home and we found it. The neighborhood is residential yet only a few blocks to the shops and dining on Melrose, Fairfax and The Grove.

Summer 2024 proved to be the best opportunity for buyers in over a decade. Those who listened to seasoned agents made some very smart purchases. Back in 2022 this home would have had multiple offers. Our timing was perfect, allowing us to come in well below asking and still garner a large credit.
