⚠️ The deadlines have passed. Have you inspected your balconies?

If you own an apartment building or sit on an HOA board in Los Angeles, you need to know about California’s SB 721 and SB 326 laws. Enacted to prevent tragic collapses, these laws require mandatory cyclical inspections of wood-framed balconies, decks, and elevated walkways.
