Happy Monday evening everyone!

Just wanted to give you a quick introduction to our electrical team on the Long Beach ADU project: my family❤️ These guys are real life electricians; they work tirelessly during the day at their regular jobs and still come here after to work on getting new power and lighting to the ADU, saving us thousands 💰💰 Our family has never had a problem rolling up our sleeves and doing whatever it takes to help get the projects done 🏚+🛠+💪🏼= 🏡🤑

Team SKRI appreciates each of you SO very much‼️ Thank you, thank you for your continued assistance, dedication, and support 🙌🏼 👊🏼👊🏼 🙌🏼

The guys have been hard at work the past few weeks at our Long Beach ADU. Providing new plumbing: gas, water, sewer with the main connect being 150ft away is no joke. It’s major labor. Lots of digging and being in the trenches installing all the new piping…and they did majority of the heavy stuff in the heat 🥵💪🏼💪🏼Yikes! But we appreciate you!

Deputy Inspection done and cleared 👊🏼Just waiting for the City inspection and hoping he’ll give us approval to backfill and pour concrete 🙏🏼

Stay tuned.
