This sale was actually insane. The story would require a table, chairs and a gallon of coffee. Such a special house - the lot alone is practically 3/4 of an acre, and if you ask me, property is always going to be one of the most valuable facets of a house. I managed to get almost 500k off for my buyer. We got it done and my client is going to do something very special with it I can’t wait to visit after it’s finished.
