🎉 Congratulations to our client, the seller, and the buyer of this property! 🏡🔑

This was definitely not an easy transaction. Our client had lost all of his important documents—including the family trust and lease documents.

So, we put on our detective hats! 🔍 The trust was created back in the early 2000s, and we had no idea where to find a copy. Using an old notary stamp, we tracked down the estate attorney who prepared it more than 20 years ago. Luckily, she still had the documents saved in her archives! 🙌

There were plenty of challenges along the way, but we kept working through them one by one—and we got it DONE!

Real estate isn’t always just about buying and selling homes. Sometimes it takes patience, persistence, creative problem-solving…and a little detective work. 😂🔍
