Every day at Weingart Center, we see how stable housing, safety, and community are the foundation for true equality. Because you can’t fight for your future if you’re fighting just to survive.
On National Women’s Equality Day, we honor the women in our programs, our staff, and our community who are leading change: the caregivers, advocates, artists, case managers, organizers, and residents who show us what courage looks like in real time. We also recognize the barriers that remain and commit to pushing “beyond rights” toward lived equity, where women have power, safety, voice, and opportunity.
