We're counting down the days to the Reduce the Clutter Summit, and we're so excited to be part of this incredible lineup of 28 speakers! 🌿 This virtual summit brings together professionals who understand that decluttering is about so much more than simply getting rid of things.

Here's what you can expect during both weeks, October 19 – November 1!
Each day, two speakers will share practical advice on everything from organizing and downsizing to preserving family memories, navigating life transitions, and creating a more manageable home.

We're especially looking forward to October 26, when our very own Marty Stevens-Heebner will share her conversation, "How to Move Your Parents and Still Be Speaking Afterwards."

The Summit is completely free! Each interview will be available to watch for 24 hours after its release.

There’s a lot of care happening behind the scenes of every transition we help manage. ❤️ You may find one of our team members sitting alongside a client, going through their belongings one piece at a time and listening to the stories attached to them.

Just a few feet away, another team member may be carefully wrapping belongings, making sure they’re protected and ready for wherever they’re headed next. Everyone has a role, but we’re all working toward the same thing: making a big transition feel more manageable for the person at the center of it.

We’re excited to share that our Founder and CEO, Marty Stevens-Heebner, will be a featured speaker at the upcoming Reduce the Clutter Summit! ❤️ This free online series brings together conversations about our homes, the belongings we accumulate, and how we can create spaces that continue to serve us well through different seasons of life.

For this recent project, our Clear Home Solutions Team had less than two weeks to help a family clear an entire home. We sorted through many different rooms, closets, and MORE. We separated items for resale, donation, and haul-away.

For resale, we identified and staged higher-value pieces such as jewelry, furniture and artwork, helping the family secure a $3,500 buyout for many of the belongings in the home.

From there, we coordinated donation pickup for what could be given a second life and hauled away what remained. One home, but A LOT of moving pieces. The best part is that this family had a whole lot less to worry about once our work was finished. 💛

We love discovering the hobbies our clients have carried with them through the years.

One of the best parts of visiting our clients' homes is discovering the hobbies they've loved over the years. We see beautiful quilts that took months to create, woodworking projects built by hand, and shelves full of well-loved books.

Those hobbies tell a story. They remind us that a home isn't furniture and belongings, but passions and talents collected over the years. These hobbies unveil aspects and expressions we wouldn’t otherwise know about those we have the honor of working with

Some projects require a little extra time, patience, and care. 🤍 We always love seeing one of our clients, and this past month we had the opportunity to help her sort through more than 20 boxes filled with generations of family history, including:
• Photographs & memorabilia
• Handwritten letters
• Sheet music
• Manuscripts & other important documents

With multiple family members and heirs involved, our job wasn’t simply to organize. It was to carefully keep pieces together, document the contents, and label each box so the family can easily see what has been preserved and where to find it.

In just one visit, we were able to organize and inventory 17 boxes, with a few more still to go. It’s detailed work, but it matters. 💛
