1 year later…crypto is hurting, but the idea of a RE partnership living on the blockchain so that investors of all sizes can easily own a piece of a cash-flowing portfolio of undervalued assets is alive and well!! Take this studio loft my partnership acquired, remodeled, and leased, now generating 9% CAP income while sitting on $122K in gains reflecting a 45% ROI.
