Just finishing our annual weeklong conference with in Las Vegas. The greatest company on earth! Why? Because our company raises and donates money to those in need who are doing great things in their community. The 1st video is of Cori, from Wisconsin, who supplies hospice in her home to dying children. She was just handed keys to a brand new van, (which was on her wish list & giftcards to purchase supplies). The 2nd video is mama Shu in Detroit whose son was killed by a hit and run driver. She has dedicated herself to rebuilding her community & is In the process of making it a beautiful place to live. I applaud these women! What will you do to be more like them?

The top 3 Richest Black Communities in the US are View Park, Windsor Hills and Ladera Heights. There are some absolutely stunning homes, entry level prices can Range from abt $700k, and go up to $2Million. Due to the relatively lower entry prices as it compares to the LA Westside, and the views, the area is becoming more diverse.
