There was never a good or easy way to ease the very real pain of having no work to go to while we were locked down. There was never any real discussion about the very real pain of a lot of “mom & pop” landlords. But as the real estate market continues to be an actual market, with ups and downs, rentals are 🔥🔥🔥

Landlords will be able to resume increasing rent on rent-controlled apartments, which account for three-quarters of apartments in Los Angeles, beginning in February 2024.
