DAUM Commercial recently completed the $8.59 million sale of a 29,932-square-foot freestanding industrial building in Santa Ana, California, equating to $286 per square foot.

Mike Barreiro, Devin Ray and Zack Homsy of DAUM’s Orange County office, along with David Freitag, Ben Andrews and Sam Andrews of the Los Angeles office, represented the seller and procured the buyer.

DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services has completed the sale of an approximately 2-acre industrial land site in Compton, California, for just under $2.5 million.

Brad Levin, Executive Vice President and Principal at DAUM Commercial, represented the seller in the transaction.
