J U S T S O L D !!!!!

Last sale of the 2022! 🥳 We originally got this new construction townhouse under contract LAST YEAR. It was supposed to close in September but with building delays, it kept getting pushed back and back. But just before the new year, we got the clear to close!
This was such an exciting year and I’m so grateful I had the ability to assist so many wonderful clients and families. 🤍🤍

It was a pleasure helping my client who was such a sweetheart!! 🥰 After a couple months of looking in Oakland and Richmond, we stumbled across this home and as soon as we left the showing, she said “this one feels right”. Our offer was accepted the very next day! And the sellers were moving across the country so they gifted my client with 2 flat screen TV’s and their greenhouse! 🌱💚

I met this family back in June, they initially started their search in Livermore because they didn’t think they could afford a single-family anywhere else. Over the past few months, we’ve looked in Fremont, new constructions in South SJ and even townhomes in Milpitas. But we came across this newly updated home in a great neighborhood. I ended negotiating almost $150k down from the original asking price! An amazing home, in a great neighborhood, at a bargain?? What more can you ask for 😁🎉 🎉

It was an absolute pleasure helping this young family into their first home. We looked at a duplex, looked at single-family’s up in Montclair and even a fixer-upper in West Oakland that they labeled as “the trap house” 🤣. We found this beautifully renovated single-family home with an additional unit down below! 🥳 I’m so happy for them to start this new journey as home-owners and landlords! 🎉🎉

One of my smoothest transactions to date! I met my client about a month ago. We had our initial consultation on a Sunday, toured our first home on Monday and got into contract that same Friday! Once my client stepped foot in this home, he was already checking his stock portfolio ready to make a transfer 🤣. When you know, you know!! So happy for my client! 😁

J U S T S O L D !!!

This was one rollercoaster of a transaction lemme tell you! 🫠 My clients got into contract on this lovely townhouse end of May and we were initially supposed to close end of June. We had to push back closing not once, but TWICE to hopefully get this done! We finally got the clear to close last week and as we were finishing up the final paperwork… I catch the flu 😭. For the first time, I was not able to personally hand my clients the keys to their new home and I was so sad! I congratulated them over the phone with my raspy voice and placed the key inside - masked and gloved-up🫡. First time for everything right?

Next thing ya know, we noticed THIS home was still on the market past the offer due date. We decided to submit our offer and see what happens. After a little bit of negotiating… our offer was accepted $44k BELOW asking!! 🥳 Moraga is such a beautiful community and I’m so happy for my clients ✨✨✨
