What happens when you mix pickleball, real estate agents from all over the country, happy hour, and great dinners? A really fun day with really good people.

Last Thursday was special. Agents came in from Georgia, Dallas, Seattle, San Diego, Denver, Napa, Monterey, Santa Cruz, and all over the Bay Area, and somehow it felt like everyone had known each other for years.

We started at The Bay Club in Los Gatos for pickleball, headed to the Compass office for happy hour, then split into smaller hosted dinners around town. The dinners may have been the highlight. Good food, a lot of laughs, and the kind of conversations that remind you how important real connection is.

Some people I’ve known for years. Some I met for the first time. Either way, I left feeling incredibly grateful.

Grateful for this community.
Grateful for the friendships this business has brought into my life.
And grateful to be surrounded by people who are ambitious, welcoming, supportive, and genuinely fun to be around.

Egypt was an experience in extremes.

On one hand: the temples, the pyramids, the ancient energy that moves through you the moment you arrive. Standing in places built thousands of years ago, feeling something far beyond yourself, spiritual, powerful, almost electric. And the people I experienced it with: curious, grounded, incredible humans who made the journey even richer. That part was unforgettable.

On the other hand: the pollution, the chaos, and the constant feeling of being watched, dismissed, or pursued. As women, we were harassed and haggled relentlessly, at times to the point of real concern. It was exhausting, uncomfortable, and impossible to ignore.

Both things can be true.
I am deeply grateful I went. Egypt expanded me, challenged me, and left a mark I’ll carry forever. It’s a place I will never forget, and also a place I won’t return to.

Travel isn’t always about falling in love with a place.
Sometimes it’s about awakening something within you. ✨

2025, you were full. 💛

This year took me far and brought me closer.

✈️ Across the globe: Cambodia, Vietnam, Costa Rica, Nicaragua
✈️ Closer to home: San Diego, Honolulu, Boise, Denver, Boston, Nantucket, Vegas
💼 3 work conferences that stretched my thinking and deepened connections

🌊 A goodbye: spreading my mom’s ashes to rest in the ocean
🎓 One graduation that marked a major milestone (Trevor’s)

🎶 Celebrated my kids’ birthdays going to concerts: one of those moments where time slows down and I truly felt blessed that they wanted to hang out with me too.

❤️ So many special moments with family and friends, the kind that remind you how rich life already is
🕯️ Christmas by candlelight: quiet, challenging, unforgettable and filled with love and laughter

And woven through all of it: being trusted to walk alongside so many people as they bought, sold, let go, and began again. Every story different. Every one meaningful.

When I look back, what stands out isn’t just where I went or what I accomplished, but how connected it all felt.

Overall? A really great year.
Grateful. Grounded. Ready for 2026! ✨

7️⃣ years with Compass.
Anniversaries like this make me pause and really take in the journey.

When I made the move, 2 years had passed since one of the hardest chapters of my life. I had stability at my old brokerage, comfort, and certainty. Walking away from that was a big leap of faith in myself. It wasn’t about starting over; it was about choosing growth over familiarity and trusting that I was meant for more.

It took time, but that leap opened doors I didn’t even know existed. Compass has pushed me, challenged me, and expanded my belief in what’s possible. And along the way, I’ve built some of the best relationships of my career, people who support me, inspire me, and remind me why I love this business.

Seven years later, I’m still choosing to bet on myself. And I know now, without question, that the possibilities are limitless.

Here’s to the leap that changed everything and big gratitude to all of you that have joined me along the way!

This trip was filled with inspiring conversations, big ideas, and so much laughter with an incredible group of agents from across the country.

There’s something special about stepping out of your day-to-day and surrounding yourself with people who are building, dreaming, and pushing the industry forward.
