If you’ve been paying any attention, doesn’t it feel like the market is a little sluggish? Well, you have been onto something. Check out the longer days on market, home prices that are down, especially the condo market, and number of sales. Sellers are needing to be realistic about the value of their home, and buyers might have some good opportunities vs the last few years. Of course, there are always exceptions because we have many micro markets so be sure to talk a good realtor about your particular neighborhood. Pssst… I think you already know a good agent.😉
