David Castellanos has worked in the Real Estate industry for the last 10 years, receiving his Brokers license in 2004. Before entering Real Estate, he was a Sales/Marketing representative in Silicon Valley supporting many small to large technology companies including; AMD, Compaq, National Semiconductor, Hughes Aircraft, Maxim and Atmel. Through his education and 15 years of sales experience, he h

as developed the ability to help his clients market their properties and prepare them for sale. He is also very comfortable negotiating contracts and getting the best deal for his buyers and sellers. Most of all, David enjoys working with and getting to know his clients. He hopes he can build lasting relationships and continue to help his clients on all their future real estate transactions. David knows the Bay Area intimately being born in Redwood City, growing up in Mountain View and receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business/Marketing in 1997, all at Bay Area Schools. He has watched the Bay Area's massive change through the growth of the computer industry, the technology boom and the Dot.com era. He presently resides in South San Jose with his wife Pamela and two sons. David is passionate about fishing; he and his wife enjoy live music and spending time in the outdoors.
