Lydia brings more than 30 years of professional experience to her clients. She is an expert communicator whose background includes providing consultation to Fortune 500 companies as well as individuals and families in the Bay Area. She began her real estate career in Massachusetts where she worked as a broker before moving to the Bay Area in 1970 and joined Intero Real Estate Services in Saratoga. She has made it a priority to continue her education in real estate throughout her career and provide state of the art services to her clients. Lydia also has extensive education, experience, and training in psychology and formed her own counseling and consulting business in 1980, which she maintained for more than 20 years. Beyond real estate, Lydia is active in the community. She was a volunteer and supporter of the Montalvo Center for the Arts, Los Gatos Jazz on the Plazz and Saint Mary’s Church in Los Gatos. In addition, Lydia has been involved with the American Association of University Women, Alliance League of Los Gatos-Saratoga, and Valley Women’s League. She is also a past president of the Inner Wheel of Los Gatos and past member of the Los Gatos Morning Rotary Club. Lydia is a current member of the Rotary Club of Los Gatos and of the Italian Catholic Federation Branch of Saint Mary's Church in Los Gatos, California. Lydia is a past member of the Los Gatos Community and Senior Services Commission of the Town of Los Gatos and a current Advisory member of the Sourcewise Advisory Board of Santa Clara County. Never Forget!

We Remember: The 25th Anniversary of 9/11

Twenty-five years have passed since the September 11 attacks, yet the memories remain deeply etched in our hearts. On that tragic day, nearly 3,000 innocent lives were lost, families were forever changed, and the world witnessed unimaginable sorrow.

Today, we remember every person who never made it home, the courageous first responders who ran toward danger, and the countless individuals who offered comfort, hope, and help. Their bravery and sacrifice remind us that even in humanity’s darkest moments, love and unity can still shine.

As we commemorate this solemn anniversary, may we honor the victims by choosing compassion over hatred, peace over violence, and unity over division.

Twenty-five years later, we still remember their names, their stories, and the lives they touched.

Enjoying my visit to Boston with my sister, Felicia. Very sunny, hot and humid At Sunday mass at St Theresa’s Church in Methuen with no A/C at 104%!!! The stained glass dome in the church is gorgeous! Playing American Mah Mah Jong with Felicia and her lady friends at Mann’s Apple Orchard in Methuen, Massachusetts. Yes, that is one of the pies they make daily at the on site bakery - apple pie piled on top with real whipped cream. The best pie I ever ate in my entire life!!! 👍🥵♥️🀄️
