After graduating from San Jose State in 2011, Cassandra Bowers began her real estate career as a Corporate Administrator for a real estate investment firm. She quickly excelled and was soon promoted to the role of Short Sale Administrator partnering with the Short Sale Director. It was in this role that Ms. Bowers applied her in-depth education in American culture, and her keen attention for details to the everyday requirements of the real estate industry—easily managing the myriad of communications between sellers, buyers’ agents, short sale negotiators, and lending institutions. in 2012, as a licensed Realtor, she immersed herself in more standard real estate transactions working closely with first time home buyers and those reentering the real estate world after decades of home ownership. She surrounds herself with professionals who do not feel complete unless they are rising to a challenge. “She feels complete at Climb Real Estate because, in this office, we all embrace success and enjoy working in an environment of excellence.” She prides herself in communication and her ability to assist in every step of the real estate transaction process while remaining sensitive to clients’ goals, and most importantly, their needs.
