Gregory Howell - President and Founder
Gregory Howell is the president and founder of Howell Development & Investments and has over 25 years of experience in the real estate field. He started his real estate career in 1990, progressing from sales to development. Through his real estate endeavors, he is credited with acquiring, possessing, developing, constructing, and selling hundreds of homes in the Bay Area. Through his exhaustive track record he has developed an extensive knowledge of the variables inherent in the development process. Diana Howell - Principal
Diana Howell works alongside Gregory and has helped grow Howell Development & Investments into the company that it is today. She also holds a real estate license and is involved in every facet of the company. From sales, marketing, budgeting, to timelines, she is an intricate part of the team. Katelyn Hart - Marketing Specialist
Katelyn Hart serves as Howell Development’s Marketing Specialist and manages all day-to- day office administration, marketing, and finance for Howell Development. Hart directs all office communications, marketing efforts, rental management, open houses, and other administrative and financial functions for the company. She worked previously at Coldwell Banker, as an Office Specialist III at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, and as a Student Activities Lead at San Jose State University. REAL ESTATE AGENTS

In early May 2025, HDI began development on four new homes in the Hidden Glen neighborhood of San Jose, CA 95123.

The homes are located at:
6261, 6262, 6265, and 6266 Evangeline Court

This milestone marks the beginning of Phase 2 of the Hidden Glen Estates project — transitioning from lot sales to the speculative buildout of select lots.

Each residence will offer approximately 3,000 to 3,400 square feet of living space on generous lots ranging from 11,250 to 16,700 square feet. Designed for modern living, the homes will include 4 to 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and spacious 3-car garages — combining scale, privacy, and thoughtful design in one of South San Jose’s most scenic neighborhoods. Families will appreciate access to highly regarded local schools, including Sakamoto Elementary School (TK–6th), Leonard Herman Intermediate School (7th–8th) / AdVENTURE STEM program (5th-8th) — all part of the Oak Grove School District — as well as Santa Teresa High School, which belongs to the East Side Union High School District.

In 2023, Howell Development & Investments (HDI) closed on 20 residential lots in Hidden Glen — a scenic neighborhood tucked into San Jose’s 95123 ZIP code, just below Boulder Ridge Country Club. Most of the lots are situated on quiet cul-de-sacs and back onto serene open space, offering rare privacy and views in the South Bay.

Phase 1 focused on lot sales to individuals, investors, and corporations.
Phase 2 is now underway — as of May 1, 2025, HDI has launched the
speculative development of four new homes on Evangeline Court.
