Real estate mogul and YouTuber Ben Mallah has reduced the price on his Belleair Shores beachfront mansion to $29.5 million. Mallah bought the estate in 2019 for $16.5 million, setting a record at the time for the most expensive home ever sold in the Tampa Bay area. Known as Sandcastle on the Gulf, the property was originally built by former Philadelphia Phillies star Ryan Howard and has since become one of Florida’s most recognizable trophy homes.
