1540 Norman Avenue found its new owners and we could not be more pleased with how this one came together. A 10,000 plus square foot lot, a gourmet kitchen, Brazilian Walnut floors, and a location right between Willow Glen and Campbell. It did not take long for the right buyer to recognize what was in front of them.

Been sitting on this video for a little while but a round like this deserves to be shared.

Had a great day on the course with Michael Murphy at The Course at Wente Vineyards in Livermore. Stunning setting, well maintained fairways, and wine country as far as the eye can see. It does not get much better than that.

With the weather warming up and the days getting longer, more of this is coming soon. The course is calling and I am not going to argue with it. ⛳

A Zenith console with a built in record player, a black and white TV, and a mahogany cabinet holding it all together. This thing was doing the job of three devices before most people had one. Whoever designed this had the right idea.

They really did build things differently back then.
