Not every real estate listing means exactly what it says. 😂

Some of the most common listing descriptions are really just Realtor code words. They can give you a clue about the property… but they definitely don’t tell you the whole story.

“Handyman special” could mean a few weekend projects…or a full renovation. 😅

“Back on market” could be nothing… or it could be something you definitely want to investigate. 👀

And “priced to sell”? Well… aren’t they all? 😂

The point is: don’t judge a property by the listing description alone.

Some homes that sound scary on paper can actually be great opportunities, while some “move-in ready” homes may have issues you won’t see in the photos.
