Shannon Markle studied finance in her hometown at the University of Houston, but she’s happy to be living in Northern California, especially in the summer. Her version of the real estate wisdom “location, location, location” is “weather, weather, weather,” and she has grown to love the region. Her client relationships are personal and based on dedication, communication, determination, and trust. In particular, her listening skills and attention to detail create a seamless and enjoyable experience for both buyers and sellers. Every step of the way, she is eager to advocate for her clients and cater to their needs — because she knows finding the right house is only the beginning. Given the endless variety of circumstances, broad range of people, and myriad complexities of many transactions, real estate professionals must be persistently resourceful — and that would accurately describe Shannon. She moved to Los Gatos in 2013 and raised her daughter as a single mom. Now that her daughter is in college and studying for her real estate license as well, Shannon hopes they’ll soon join forces as real estate professionals. In her spare time, Shannon gardens, goes camping, and works out. She and her partner live in Cambrian with their four children — Skylar, Trey, Colton, and Hannah — two cats, and one dog.
