objectives. His extensive knowledge of finance, tax law, and 1031 exchanges, along with his rigorous daily analysis of global and local market forces, allows him to capitalize on opportunities and safeguard clients’ investments. His own personal ownership of multiple properties over the past 15 years enables him to provide unique perspective and expertise in the navigation of volatile economic conditions. Travis has been a South Bay resident his entire life providing clients with excellent service from San Mateo County to Santa Cruz County and everywhere in between. His specific area of expertise is the Los Gatos Mountains where he has resided for over 38 years. With this extensive local knowledge he provides guidance and education regarding the unique characteristics of mountain properties so his clients can be assured they will find a home their family will enjoy for many years to come. In addition to his active professional life, Travis enjoys giving back to his local community and select Global organizations through volunteerism, mission trips and financial support. With the aid of his two adopted children from Russia, Travis and his wife Kathleen are dedicated to improving the lives of children worldwide. From serving on missions trips to Grace’s Children’s Home in Tijuana and assisting poverty stricken families in El Salvador to hosting a cycling based fund raiser, Ride For Play, in Los Gatos to raise funds for OrphanBaby (an organization that provides medical training to caregivers in Ukrainian orphanages) Travis and his family are dedicated to helping those less fortunate. Travis may be careful at the office, but he’s a bit of an adventurer away from work. He is an ardent mountain biker and amateur racecar driver. He is lucky enough to have a wife and two precocious, 12-year-old, adopted sons who ride and race along with him on many of his adventures. His wife also happens to be an EMT (as well as a successful high-technology sales executive), which comes in handy given Travis’ thrill-seeking disposition, and leaves no doubt in his mind that he indeed married the perfect woman.
