On March 31, our CEO Noni Ramos was joined by our partner Peter Rumble from the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber and , and Housing Trust team members, Prathit Thaker, Chief Credit Officer; Julie Mahowald, CFO; and Fathia Macauley, Chief Lender Officer to kick off Milestone Housing Group's Siesta Senior Apartments project.

Another exciting day is in the books as we broke ground at Milestone Housing Group's Acme Family Apartments in Santa Rosa on April 1. Housing Trust CFO Julie Mahowald spoke at the groundbreaking ceremony, along with Eddie Alvarez, Vice Mayor of the City of Santa Rosa. We look forward to sharing the progress as this exciting project unfolds!
