Well... probably not.

At least not this year. 😄

But I am running for something much more important...
I'm running to be YOUR Realtor.

While campaign signs are popping up on every street corner, I thought I'd introduce myself to those who may not know me.
My name is Patrick Adair, and I've been helping Silicon Valley families buy and sell homes since 1989.

I'm a fourth-generation Realtor whose family roots in real estate go back to 1865, when my great-grandfather, George Washington Adair, founded the Adair Real Estate & Loan Company in Atlanta, Georgia.

While I'm proud of my family's history, I've always believed that trust isn't inherited—it's earned.

For more than 35 years, I've had the privilege of helping seniors downsize, guiding families through probate and trust sales, and assisting hundreds of first-time homebuyers achieve the dream of homeownership.

I currently serve on the Santa Clara County Elder Abuse Task Force, am an active Mason and Shriner, and remain committed to the values that have guided both my family and my business for generations: integrity, compassion, accountability, and service.

My goal has never been to sell the most homes.

My goal is to provide honest advice, protect my clients' interests, and help people make wise real estate decisions that improve their lives.
