🙌 Closing Day for this family & these great friends of mine! 🏡

This wasn’t your “smooth sailing” type of transaction. My Friends purchased a divorce listing that came with some unique challenges, and inspections/repairs had us in some rough negotiations. But we fought hard, pushed through, and made it to the finish line together. 🙌🙌
