🌊 Cayucos
Activity slowed while inventory inched up. Homes are taking significantly longer to sell, and pricing adjusted downward.

🌲 Cambria
A noticeable jump in inventory while sales remained moderate. Days on market ticked up slightly, and pricing softened a bit.
